I found this drink recipe in First Magazine and adapted it to my taste. The original recipe included grated fresh ginger, which I eliminated, and it didn’t have any alcohol in it.

I chose Gin as my alcohol choice, but I think you could easily use Vodka or light Rum. If you are also going to have more than one I would eliminate the Apple Cider Vinegar after two. I find that two much Vinegar messes with my liver (personal observation – not medical professional analysis), so having too much with alcohol probably not a good idea.

1/2 cup Sparking Mineral Water

1oz Gin

1/2 cup Ginger Ale

1 Tblsp Apple Cider Vimegar

1 Lime

In glass with ice, combine first 5 ingredients and 1 tsp – lime juice, stir well. Garnish with a slice of lime.
